Who We Are

Founded in 1975, it all started when Mr Ding, the Founder left his kampung in Sitiawan, Perak to the very heart of Kuala Lumpur with nothing but a burning passion and vision. He started with renting a small hawker stall, waking up at at 5am every morning to make the dough and fillings from scratch. From the dough to the fillings to the final product, everything was carefully crafted by Mr Ding to achieve the highest point of satisfaction. With the increasing demands of our paus from numerous places in the Klang Valley, motorcycles were used to sell the paus in mobile to cater to those demands. With the further expansion of the business, Mr Ding successfully bought his first ever factory in Puchong to ensure that there will be adequate working space and hygiene will be the priority.   The business further expanded to supplying to the coffee shops with our steamer. We are proud to say that we are the pioneer in the use of steamers in coffee shops to ensure that the paus will always be kept warm and fresh. With the increasing demands, we have launch food trucks around Klang Valley, As to date, we currently has 15 food trucks running around Klang Valley.
